This newspaper article follows up on the report from 3 of 51 on October 11 1950 on page 30 of 56 of the Seattle Times to say that the record is done and they are having a listening party at SAM!! The series 7-League Boots tells the story of a magical pair of boots that young Paul Adams from New York uses to travel quickly around the world. Louise Van Ogle (Who is my favorite performer from the series in my collection) plays characters based on people she met on her world travels. Berthe Poncy Jacobsen is the pianist helping to tell the music story in the background and is likely the person who donated paintings by her close friend Mark Tobey to SAM. Van Ogle and Jacobsen both taught music at UW and Cornish. These were an integral part of the Saturday morning shows before there were Saturday morning television cartoons.
